Module 1
In this module, learners explore continuous tenses — a key way to describe actions in progress, temporary situations, and planned future events. Through clear examples and exercises, they’ll learn to use these tenses confidently in both conversation and writing.
Lessons Included:
Present Continuous – Now
Learn to describe actions happening right now or temporary situations using am/is/are + verb-ing, and understand how it differs from the Present Simple.
Past Continuous – Past Actions in Progress
Describe actions that were ongoing at a specific past moment or interrupted by another event using was/were + verb-ing.
Present Continuous for Future Plans – Fixed Arrangements
Use am/is/are + verb-ing + future time expression to talk about definite future plans and arrangements naturally.
By the end of this module, learners will confidently use continuous tenses to describe present actions, past ongoing events, and planned future activities.
