1. Overview
At Intellectual Learners, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality English education for all.
Our free membership and general learning resources are available to everyone at no cost, and therefore are not subject to any fees or refunds.
However, for learners who enroll in our special or premium programs (including personalized tutoring, advanced communication courses, or one-on-one lessons), specific payment and refund terms apply as outlined below.
2. Free Membership
All standard membership accounts and access to free learning materials (A0–C2 resources, quizzes, and videos) are provided completely free of charge.
Because no payment is required for this level of access, refunds do not apply.
3. Paid Special Programs
Certain specialized programs, courses, or private tutoring sessions may require payment.
All payments for such programs are handled through a negotiated and mutually agreed-upon method, depending on the user’s access to available payment options (e.g., international transfer, regional services, or alternative secure payment channels).
Each payment agreement will clearly outline:
- The total program cost
- The chosen payment method
- The schedule of lessons or services provided
- Any applicable refund or cancellation terms
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Non-Delivery
- If a paid program or session cannot be provided due to cancellation by Intellectual Learners, a full or partial refund will be offered depending on how much of the service was completed.
- Scheduling or Technical Issues
- If technical or scheduling issues prevent the program from proceeding and no suitable reschedule can be arranged, a refund or credit may be issued upon review.
- Withdrawal Before Start Date
- Learners who withdraw before the official start of their paid program may request a refund, minus any administrative or transaction costs already incurred.
- Learner-Initiated Cancellations (After Start)
- Once a program has begun, refunds are not automatically guaranteed, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on progress and reason for withdrawal.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed lessons or sessions already delivered
- Voluntary withdrawal after substantial course participation
- Unsatisfactory results or personal learning outcomes (since results depend on individual effort and participation)
- Failure to attend scheduled classes without notice
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, learners must:
- Submit a written request to support@english.intellectuallearners.com within 14 days of the issue.
- Include details of the program, payment method, and reason for the request.
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and response.
Approved refunds will be processed through the same or an agreed-upon alternative payment method, ensuring safety and confirmation from both parties.
